How to know what to eat. Your body will give you signals.
For example, when you're craving sweets. Are you stressed, angry, lonely, or are you low in energy? Not all sugar is bad. In fact, the natural sugars are not all created equal. There have been times when I had to increase my sugar in my diet. It did not harm me in any way. In fact, it allowed my body the energy it needed to recover. Many reasons can drop our energy. We might be overworking, overthinking, trying to stay fit. However, some times out bodies need a boost. There is science behind sugar feeding yeast and making inflammation worse, however, it's not entirely accurate. This does not take into account our energy body, our emotional body, and our constitution. If your body has a sugar craving. It's important to explore why you're experiencing this.
